The policy of the company “MONTOREM” S.A. is designing and implementing construction and assembly and renovation services so as to obtain the highest customer satisfaction while ensuring full safety of work, fire protection and in an environmentally friendly manner as well as in compliance with statutory requirements and regulations

We pursue our policy in the area of quality by:

  • design and implementation of construction and assembly and renovation services in a manner ensuring the highest possible satisfaction of customers and interested parties,
  • searching and offering the latest technical solutions,
  • developing marketing in order to obtain information about customers’ expectations and needs,
  • cooperation only with subcontractors with an appropriate technical level,
  • making systematic analyzes of internal costs and work efficiency in order to optimize them,
  • ensuring availability in providing services.

We pursue our policy in the area of the environment and occupational health and safety by:

  • conducting works in a way that minimizes the negative impact on the environment,
  • equipping employees with personal protective equipment, work clothes and strict requirements for their use,
  • carrying out legal and additional health and safety trainings,
  • intensifying training activities in the field of environmental protection,
  • continuous identification and elimination of threats to minimize accidents at work and occupational diseases,
  • full protection and supervision of waste transferred for utilization.

We undertake to:

  • maintaining an integrated quality, environmental and health and safety management system in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and PN-N-18001: 2004,
  • continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the integrated management system, prevention of pollution, accidents at work, occupational diseases and potentially accidental events,
  • compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements regarding the product, system, environment and occupational health and safety.

Formed, subject-specific, timely and responsible persons, objectives, programs and tasks related to quality, environment and occupational health and safety are established and accounted for during periodic reviews of the functioning of the integrated management system.
